Car Parking Staff at Heathrow Praised

Polite and helpful staff can make a world of difference. Passengers using the various car parking facilities at Heathrow airport consistently praise the car parking staff for their courtesy and attention.
In a straw poll carried out in which car park users were asked for their feedback on the service that they had received over 98% said that the staff had been polite and helpful. The same proportion said that they would be happy to use the car parking facilities again.
Heathrow has a total of 16 airport car parks to choose from, which can be a little bewildering. Simply Parking have been found to consistently be the cheapest place to go for a parking space at Heathrow Airport.

The car parking staff are indeed very courteous. Their colleagues in the airport terminal could learn a lesson or two.
